Chieftaincy Installation (Se-Diye) of Linkite, Anga Harry, as Alabo Dr. Anga S. Harry (Frank 1).

The Se-diye ceremony of Alabo Anga Harry as Frank-I in Buguma took place on Saturday, February 28th, 2026, at the esteemed King Amachree Memorial Hall in Buguma City.

The Chairman, the Executive members, and the entire membership of The Port Harcourt Link Club of Nigeria actively participated in the Chieftaincy Installation (Se-Diye) of our distinguished Linkite, Anga Harry, who was installed as Alabo Dr. Anga S. Harry (Frank 1).

During the event, the Chairman of the PHLC, Linkite Opuene Batubo, who also holds the title of Alabo in the Kalabari Kingdom, joined other revered Kings and traditional rulers in welcoming Alabo Dr. Anga Harry (Frank 1) into the council of traditional rulers of Buguma, signifying a formal acknowledgment of his new status.

A large congregation comprising members of the Port Harcourt Link Club and guests gathered to witness this notable occasion, which vividly showcased the rich cultural heritage and traditions of the Kalabari people.

Following the installation, a thanksgiving church service was held on Sunday, March 1st, 2025, at the First A. M. E Zion Church in Obuama (Harrystown), where prayers were offered for the new Alabo.

The Chairman and members of the Port Harcourt Link Club prayed for Alabo Dr. Anga Harry, asking that he rule with wisdom and guidance from God.
